Learn About Training to Help Others Release and De-Program

In this Journey Code Open House we talked about ways to help yourself and help others to turn the challenges they face these days into their means for creation, connection, deep healing, and a best chance for freedom while we navigate the apocalypse!

The way I see it, we are already free.

But if people don't feel free, and act free, they may as well not be.

So how do you feel and act free, for realz?

By decoding and releasing what argues with and obscures freedom.

By bravely walking into your own unknown to find the lost "parts" that never really became apart.

By letting go of everything freedom is not.

Why would you do that?

So you can go on your Hero's Journey and help others do it too. So you can both have simple systems for accomplishing the impossible in the most mindful and responsible way possible.

Because until all of God's children feel free, no one will feel free.

If you are....

• A helper who wants to serve others with skill, good boundaries and self worth.
• A lover of God's law and order.
• A truth-loving, moral, and a won't-take-the-mark kind of man or woman.
• Wanting to contribute your gifts, skills, and knowledge to your people, and need proven tools to help others have breakthroughs.
  
• Wanting to have a valuable supporting role in your community.

• Looking for a purposeful and life-supportive way to make a living.

• Wanting to be self-employed since causing self-harm has become part of many job descriptions.

• Finished with giving advice people don't take, and would rather help them make real and lasting changes

In the Open House I shared what makes coaching unique as a profession the way I teach it, and explain some common misunderstandings of it.

For examples, it’s not giving advice and telling people what to do.

It’s not saving people from their bad experiences.

It’s not making a safe space for them (but of course neither making an unsafe one lol).

It’s not just teaching and consulting.

And not at all solving peoples problems for them (though that happens).

Coaching is, in my nearly two decades of experience is..

Being a way shower. 

Holding someone’s hand and being full-on present through the hard stuff of real growth and change.

Walking them step by step through accomplishments and transitions.

Helping them deprogram and release the tendency to repeat negative patterns, so they can actually change their ways, not just feel better.

I talked about the seven things you might not know about coaching as a profession.

1. Why I consider coaching a Wild West profession that allows you to help others without being regulated about how you do that.
2. How you can be all in with your God-given, Hero’s Journey while you are working and being valued in the world. 
3. How it exponentially increases the likelihood that you continue to grow, heal, and take risks to work and create for the good of others.
4. How you can impart your knowledge, lived experience, and wisdom without kicking up resistance.
5. Why the coaching relationship is very intimate and privileged.
   
6. How you can integrate in a coaching practice your already hard-earned skills, interests and talents in ANY area, for example body work, nutrition, holistic health practice, law, truth telling, homesteading, spiritual guidance and healing, coaching of course, and practical alchemy.
   
7. How a coaching practice can be a service in the private domain.  

And also walked participants through the Journey Code course modules to show you everything that’s included in the 24 modules of the coaching certification training.
