In this House of Free Will workshop for members only Sherry Rothwell, RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) and GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) Certified Practitioner, and an expert in gut healing will demystify the process of digestion, what having a healthy gut really looks like, and provide simple principles in choosing healing foods.
She will talk about how to know what kind of a gut cleanse to use at what times, why it’s not a one-size fits all, and why anything you want to achieve physically or mentally will be either enhanced or hindered by the basic anatomy and functioning of the digestive system.
Digestion is at least 80% of good health. Here are some signs that this workshop will be helpful for you that maybe no one is telling you is likely rooted in a 'leaky' gut.
Symptoms of a leaky gut include:
- constipation and/or diarrhea.
- abdominal pain or bloating.
- indigestion or flatulence.
